1. What types of learners or groups do you train?

We provide CPR and First Aid training for healthcare professionals, schools, workplaces and community members. Anyone interested in learning life-saving skills is welcome to book with us.

2. Who provides the certification for this class?

All Heart & Hands CPR, AED, and First Aid courses are certified through the American Heart Association, and participants will receive an official AHA certification eCard upon successful completion of the course.

3. Where are your classes located?

Heart & Hands is a mobile CPR business, so we bring training directly to you!

4. How long is my CPR certification valid?

AHA certifications are valid for two years from the month of completion.

5. How do I schedule your services?

Complete our interest form or reach out through our Contact Us page , and we will follow up to confirm your training details, group size, and preferred dates.

6. Do you offer group rates or discounts?

Yes, we provide discounted group rates for large groups and special pricing for nonprofit organizations.

7. Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time, with the remaining balance due on the day of training.

8. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session so we can best accommodate other groups.

9. What should I expect during the session?

Our classes are hands-on and interactive, using real-life scenarios customized to your environment. We provide all training materials and equipment. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and come ready for hands-on skill practice.

10. How long are the classes?

Class duration can range from 2-4 hours depending on what type of class and if this is an initial certification or a renewal.

11. When will I receive my certification card?

You will receive your official AHA e-Card within 1-2 business days of completing the course.
